A fair that continues with cocktails in District 41
In parallel to the celebration of the fair, District 41 Barrio de Salamanca, in the hands of Madrid Capital de Moda, has developed a gastronomic proposal together with some of the most representative restaurants in the area. These will offer during the celebration of the fair a special cocktail created for the occasion with which they will show the creativity and know-how of their bartenders during the days of the SAM – Modern Art Hall. To be inspired when preparing these cocktails, the locals have taken as reference the works of the artists exhibited at the fair such as Pierre-Auguste Rodin, Henri Matisse, Alberto Giacometti, Tamara de Lempicka, Pablo Picasso, Joan Miró, Salvador Dalí, Eduardo Chillida or Antoni Tàpies. Among some of the gastronomic spaces that have joined the initiative we can find Taberna Los Gallos, Cinco Jotas Restaurant, La Bien Aparecida, Lobito de Mar, Cadaqués, Bar Manero and Krápula.
