The restaurant La Maquina located at Jorge Juan street, was inaugurated at the end of 2015 in a four-storey little palace with an elliptical (elongated circle shaped) bar. Keeping up with the tradition of quality of the long standing ‘ La Maquina group’, it offers some of their signature dishes that can only be found here.
