This traditional neighborhood market, located in the Salamanca district, has three entrances, one from Ayala street which is the main one, the other two are from Lagasca street and Claudio Coello street. The market was inaugurated in 1882 and one of its main features is that it was built with iron bearing material. It is not only one of the most famous markets of the district but also one of the most emblematic market in town.
