It was inaugurated in 2011 and introduced a new refreshing concept in Madrid´s gastronomic scene. The spectacular rectangular bar next to the entrance serves delicious snack-bites and cocktails. Its decadent ambience extends to its high tables and the elegant dining room behind, where Sandro Silva and his team prepare exquisite dishes relying only on top-quality ingredients, while the guests enjoy great background music. The back room offers an intimate and a quieter setting, adorned with an olive tree in the centre, while the library is a perfect hangout place to catch up with friends. Open every day from 12: 30 pm to midnight.
